E-Z CD-DVD Creator V. 6

E-Z Creator 6 is compatible with Windows 2000, Me and XP. E-Z Creator 7 is compatible with Windows 2000 sp4 and XP sp1 or better. For Windows 98 or 95 use E-Z creator V. 4 or V. 5. Software installation is very easy.

 

How to select audio tracks and burn a CD.

 

After installation Lf. db. click on the E-Z creator icon to launch the program.

Then Lf. click on Audio centeral. Next Lf. click on tools and scroll to options Lf. click on encoder.

From file format select the desired format such as mp3, wave and etc.

Wave files are the largest and MP3 can be the smallest. Match the player to the format you need.

Now you are ready to insert a music CD into your CD on the computer.

Lf. click on the CD icon to show all of the tracks.

Lf. click on the top check box to unselect all tracks.

Now Lf. click on the check box next to each of the tracks you want to record into the library or look at the index on the music CD for reference.

Rt. click on one of the selected tracks and select copy CD tracks to library. You will see the action take place.

Lf. click on the library icon and select add to play list. Lf. click on new and type in the name of your play list in this case My Favorites. Click OK.

Now Lf. click on the play list icon and scroll to My Favorites and Lf. click on it. You will see the added tracks to your play My Favorites.

If you are not sure that the track is the correct one Lf db. click on the song and it will start to play the track.

Eject the CD and insert another CD to begain the process again. Do this until you have about 80 min. of music in My Favorites play list.

If you don't like the track order you can click and drag to change the order.

If you are mixing LPs, cassettes and CDs make sure you record the LPs and cassette first to add to playlist .

If you stop before 80 min. of music you can burn what you have and continue at a later time. At this time insert a blank CD-R disc.

To do this make sure you are in the play list of My Favorites and Lf. click on the the burn button at bottom right of window.

After this opens select track-at-once. and finalize session. Don't finalize Disc. Then Lf.cilck on OK. Remember do not finalize disc.

You can continue to build your music CD by following the above steps. Once you have enouch tracks to fill the CD Lf. click on the burn button

and Lf. click on track-at-once and this time Lf. click on Finalize Disc. Lf. click OK. or you can wait and finialize the CD in Creator Clasic.

How to record from a LP , Cassette, etc.

 

LF. db. click on E-Z Creator 6., LF. click on Audio Central.

LF. click on file and scroll to capture from analog source Lf. click.

Lf. click on the microphone icon, it will turn red.

Hook up a L.P. cassette and etc.

Use a cable to connect microphone or audio input from computer to cassette or LP and hit play on the device.

LF. click on tools scroll down to recording source click on the correct input source(microphone, line in etc.). You should here the sound.

Adjust the volume and record level so the record LED's donnot enter the red LED zone.

Rewind and/or restart the analog device. LF. click on the red record button to start recording.

After you are fininhed recording hit stop on the cassette, etc. and stop on the recording.

LF. click and drag to hi-lite any part of the unwanted music or track. Lf. click on edit then scroll to delete and LF. click.

Now you can edit, delete and enhance your tracks. Make sure you select all first.

LF. click on tools scroll to apply effects to selection the desired effects. You can play the music and listen to the changes.

Make sure you add track markers between each track if you record more than one song.

You can record one track or as many tracks as you want.

When you are finished editing LF. click on file scroll down to save playlist select the playlist you want and click save.

To burn a CD close the sound editor and select the playlist you want to burn from audio central.

Hit the burn button select track at once and don't finalize Disc. until you have all the tracks you want on the CD.

Once you finalize a CD-R no more files can be added .

 

You can also finalize the CD in Creator Classic.
